The Defense
Transformation
Institute (DTI)
was formed in
July 2004 by the
Texas Research
and Technology
Foundation
(TRTF), in
coordination
with city's
Economic
Development
Department.
The DTI was
designed to
serve as a
proactive
 intermediary
with active military
installations
for leveraging
their military
assets. The DTI
is a Not For
Profit,
Single Member
LLC formed under
the Texas
Research and
Technology
Foundation, and
is headquartered
at 2302 Stanley
Road in Ft. Sam
Houston, Texas.
