Memorandum of Understanding
with the
City of San Antonio

- The City and DTI agree to partner in leveraging military assets to promote economic development opportunities.

- The City agrees to support and coordinate the efforts of the DTI through its Economic Development Department

- The DTI agrees to coordinate its efforts with the City and to provide updates on its progress to the Military Affairs Committee at least quarterly

- Non-exclusive 5 year agreement may be terminated sooner by either party

- DTI's mission and goals support the City's Strategic Plan for Economic Development by helping maximize the military's economic value

- No fiscal impact to the city. No funds are committed, but DTI may seek financial assistance from the City to support specific development projects that would benefit both the City and the military.
